Join us for a long lunch as we explore the unique flavours of SMOKE. Free-range meats from Gippsland will be cooked to perfection over 22 hours in the custom built smoker. The feast continues with classic sides including signature slaw, bbq wings and more plus free-flowing wines and a dessert cocktail to finish.
